BEYOND PRODIGAL
Beyond Prodigal is one way our church loves our community with service opportunities, using our time, talents, and resources, to meet needs and continue sharing the love of Jesus beyond our gatherings on Sunday.
SPRING 2026
Beyond Prodigal will be serving dinner at two Fresno Mission sites in April.
Volunteers will serve meals, talk with guests, and clean up after dinner. This is an opportunity to care for individuals and families in need and support the important work the Fresno Mission is doing in Fresno.
There are two different opportunities you can register for.
When/Where:
Friday, April 17th at City Center
Introduction and Campus Overview: 4:15-4:45pm (optional but highly encouraged)
Serve: 4:45-6:45pm
Fresno Mission City Center

Saturday, April 18th at Searcy Center
Introduction and Campus Overview: 4:30-5:00pm (optional but highly encouraged)
Serve: 5:00-7:00pm
Searcy Center
2320 W Weldon Ave, Fresno, CA 93705
Who can serve: Anyone 12 and older can sign up to participate. Our group is limited to 10 volunteers each evening. Please be aware of which day you are registering for.
Dress code:
Volunteers are expected to dress modestly, safely, and appropriately:
Shirts with sleeves; no low-cut or see-through clothing
• Jeans are allowed if modest and without tears; shorts must reach the knee
• Closed-toe shoes required
• No clothing referencing drugs, alcohol, violence, gangs, or profanity
